Ingredients

  

• टेट्रा पैक : 1 पैकेट
• Dry yeast : 1 चम्मच 5gmsचीनी ~ 80-150 ग्राम प्रति लीटर
• एक एयरलॉक Airlock या ब्लो-ऑफ ट्यूब

Instructions

 

• टेट्रा पैक जूस का पैकेट खोलें और पिसी चीनी और Yeast डालें।
• (वैकल्पिक) इसे अधिक स्वादिष्ट बनाने के लिए कुछ अधिक पके फल, ताजे फलों का रस या गन्ने का रस मिलाएं।
• इसे एक एयरलॉक के साथ सील करें और air bubbles का निरीक्षण करें। यदि एयरलॉक उपलब्ध नहीं है तो सैनिटाइज्ड PET सोडा की बोतल का उपयोग करें। दिन में दो बार (हवा निकले )
• इसे ठंडी जगह पर (धूप और निश्चित रूप से बच्चों से दूर ) रखें।

Why is Desi Daru Harmful?

Alcohol in excess is always harmful. If it is taken in moderation, it relaxes the body and mind. The harmful effect of desi Daru is because of amateur distillation that some illegal elements do. Home distillation of moonshine often is unable to separate out the methanol (that comes during the early part of distillation. Also, they lack proper equipment and guidance needed for process control. As a result, we will strongly recommend you to not try to distill without license.

Can we make Desi Daru in Cooker?

Firstly I would recommend you to read the legal implications of distilling moonshine or spirit at home. Alcohol is an explosive vapor and distilling it in a cooker is not recommended.
