Equipment

  • sieve
  • glass bottle
  • mixer grinder

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Fruits
  • 150 gm sugar
  • 1 gm Sparkling Champagne yeast

Instructions
 

  • Wash and clean over ripe fruit. Remove any damaged portion and seed (stone or center core)
  • Mix water, sugar and whip them in the mixie to make a paste
  • Filter through the sieve
  • Pour the fruit juice in the fermenter along with the yeast
  • attach the airlock and wait for 36 to 48 hours
  • Siphon, filter and serve chilled

Notes

Adding a bit of priming sugar and sealing the bottle will allow the natural carbonation to build up. It will make a bubbly sparkling cider wine.
