Peach Apricot Cider Wine
Fruit sugar and yeast is all it takes to make amazing
Equipment
- sieve
- glass bottle
- mixer grinder
Ingredients
- 500 gm Fruits
- 150 gm sugar
- 1 gm Sparkling Champagne yeast
Instructions
- Wash and clean over ripe fruit. Remove any damaged portion and seed (stone or center core)
- Mix water, sugar and whip them in the mixie to make a paste
- Filter through the sieve
- Pour the fruit juice in the fermenter along with the yeast
- attach the airlock and wait for 36 to 48 hours
- Siphon, filter and serve chilled
Notes
Adding a bit of priming sugar and sealing the bottle will allow the natural carbonation to build up. It will make a bubbly sparkling cider wine.
