– Add 25 ml of boiled and cooled water (less than body temperature) and a pinch of sugar. Add yeast and shake to mix.
– “Open the lid – close it – shake it”. Repeat this process for 9-10 times over 20 minutes.
– Pitch your now healthy yeast starter to your desired brew to achieve the best fermentation.
