Craft Wheat beer could not be any simpler.
Step 1: Pour dry malt extract (whole packet) in 6 kg of water and heat it. Stir it well so that malt does not form lumps or stick to the bottom of the pot.
Step 2: Add hops ~0.25gm per liter of beer. (more if you like bitter)
Step 3: Turn off the flame immediately after it comes to boil
Step 4: Chill the beer wort in an ice bath till it reaches 35 Degree Celsius temperature.
Step 5: Pour the mixture into a sanitized fermenter. You can buy your starter kit here.
Step 6: Add yeast and seal it with an airlock.
Step 7: In 40 hours the wort should start bubbling. Wait for about 5-7 days for the bubbling to stop.
Step 8: Pour your beer into your bottle. Add about 2gm (1/3 teaspoon) of priming sugar per pint and seal it tight.
Step 9: Store it at room temperature for 2 days, Then chill it and invite your friends over to brag about your latest creation.
