Alcohol Tolerance:15% ABV

Usage Directions: No rehydration required – add direct to grape must and stir well. For best results, ferment at 18 – 28°C (64 – 82°F).

Storage Recommendations: Store in a cool, dry place.

  3. I am using this yeast for Red wines. Easy to use , as yeast can be added directly to the mush , no blooming required. Fermentation is good.
