High-Temperature Summer Beer for Indian Summers. These can be fermented without a refrigerator or temperature controller.

These can ferment malt to produce extra strong beer really fast (in 3 days) without the need to manage the temperature

Use about 750gm Dry Malt Extract, 250gm Sugar, 2-4gm hops, 3gm yeast, and 5 Liters of Water to get 15 pints of 8% ABV beer in 3 days.

Add more 250gm additional sugar (total 500gm) if you want an extra 10% ABV Beer.

Please note that this kit is designed to help you choose from the variety of hops and yeast in the store.

      Akshay Most people ferment for a week (for ale) to a month for lager. so don’t worry

    Worked well for a first timer, the brew worked well and a rating system based on difficulty would help the new brewer to move up the ladder// Also a tropical list would work for the so called experimenters from Chennai.

      Thanks Sridhar. Chennai & Auroville is a craft beer’s Haven and there are so many interesting flavors to experiment with and all seems to be better than the store bought versions
