Use about 300gm Dry Malt Extract, 50gm Sugar, 4gm hops, 3gm beer brewer’s yeast, and 2.5 Liters of Water to get 8 pints of 8% ABV beer in 3 days.
Add more 50gm additional sugar (total 100gm) if you want an extra 10% ABV Beer.
For malt we recommend DME for beginners and Pilsner grains for the more experienced brewers.
For the Glass fermenter (you could start small with a 2.6 liter or go big with a 5.2 Liter jar). If you already have a fermenter with an airlock then you can remove this completely as well and end up with a refill kit.
Sir, I am little confused on the recipe. I see a Dry Malt Extract recipe in the below link which is different from the one in the description (and comments). Can you explain a bit on this?
https://www.arishtam.com/dry-malt-extract-beer/home-brew-recipes/
different people make beer in different styles. however you will need about 750gm of DME to make 6-7 liters of beer
I am very confused about how much boil time using the DME , can you please tell whats the amount of boil time , and when to add hops ? and after adding hops how much time to boil ?
sir just 2 minutes of boiling is necessary. the mash conversion is already achieved. boiling will ensure that the wort is sanitized.
very good product
Great
