Long stainless steel kalchi for that stirring that you would need. Ideal for those who make 20-50 liters beer wort batch. Since it is made of stainless steel, it is more durable & easier to sanitize than the plastic or wooden stick used by wine makers to punch the top (daily stirring of the wine must to prevent infection).

It is compatible with Brewzilla. The slotted end is great for getting rid of dough balls. The handle has a handy hole so you can hang it up to dry.

  2. A little rough on the edges. A circular paddle would perform even better

    • Lalbiakzuala, the tapering end of the palle is designed to scrape the edges so that malt or fruit pulp sticking on the edges can be mixed back in the liquid
