High attenuation lager yeast for crisp beers. It has an attenuation of 80-90% which enables it to make an amazing malt-forward beer. Moreover, minimal sulphuric smells and fast fermentation rates makes it ideal for first-time lager brewers.
Fermentation Temperature 10-15C, 10% ABV & 80-90% attenuation.
It has a very high flocculation which is ideal for crystal clear beer pours. Ideal for those who want to achieve a perfect Instagram picture of their home brew beer.
Please note that it is a bottom-fermenting yeast. Hence wort oxygenation & precise fermentation temperatures are essential to get the best results.

I am first timer should i start with pilsner or ale
you can use BF16 to make a true lager or you can use a kveik yeast to make lager at room temperature
The yeast works good with other samples. I’ve had an amalgam of sorts of a few different yeasts for the past year, i added it to the wort by day 4. The result came out really good, the texture of the beer was crisp, smooth and the flavors came out to be similar to an IPA.
Thanks Akash
looking forward to use it
