I am happy with the product, although the instruction book I received was a ‘general’ instruction manual and not specific to this particular kit. Thankfully, it is not hard to figure out if you have done your homework before embarking on this path. The yeast was fairly active and the entire fermentation took me about a week, I made a wort of 25 litres with a 2.5 kg DME pack. The ABV turned out to be 4.6%, and the beer tastes malty and slightly hoppy (I took a few sips as I was bottling) on using a pack of 25g Citra hops. I did not have any way to cold crash so I cooled using a makeshift ice bath using my daughter’s inflatable bath tub and kept the fermenter in it. Would add ice to it everyday and maintained a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius thanks to the rains in Hyderabad. Bottled today after adding a bit of priming sugar and will keep it in a cool place for about 2 weeks before chilling them and having a drink. Nice delivery and quick response from customer service too. Would certainly recommend for your homebrew supplies. I need to order a chiller tube next.
