The condition of the box was horrible. It was rotten and moulded, and white foam inside was brown with rot. Additionally, the spout necessary to drain the wort was not included. Pictured is where it should be. Additionally, pictured is the missing part from my friend’s Brewzilla 65L. The part shipped over the weekend was not the correct part. I will not be able to brew with the machine in the current state. I need the correct spout with the metal extension that allows for hose attachment. Or I would like to return the machine as it isn’t usable. Currently, you have one more machine in stock and would appreciate if you would ship the correct spout from that machine. I have communicated extensively via WhatsApp.
