Fill it with rinse-free sanitizer (starsan, iodophor or hydrogen peroxide). Place the bottle over it in an inverted position, and press the spring to sanitize the bottle. Place it in the dryer for the excess sanitizer to drain away and you are ready to bottle and seal. This time-saving device is a must-have for those with large batches.
