This blend of Irish Moss and purified carrageenan is a super-clarifying agent that can be added to your wort to make ultra clear beverages. This is negatively charged which makes it very effective in removing positively charged proteins. Please add it 10-20 minutes before the end of your boiling for best results. There is no need to hydrate it. Ideal for Malted wheat and beer especially Indian 6 row barley.

It comes in powder form (and not tablet or dried algae) making it easier to weigh and add a controlled amount.
