Natural clarifying agent for beverages. It is made from natural volcanic clay from the mines and processed without any chemicals or additivies.
Add half a teaspoon in water to make a slurry. After you hydrate this slurry for 4-24 hours it will form a colloidal solution that you can add to your primary fermenter.
0.25-1gm per liter is sufficient in primary fermentation
PS: excessive use of bentonite/fining agents will cause off flavors, overstripping of colors and aromas
