Easy to make yeast starters and pitching it. Sanitary, food safe and air-sealed. Also used for shipping brew for testing.
- Add 25 ml of boiled and cooled water and a pinch of sugar. Add yeast and shake to mix.
- "Open the lid - close it - shake it". Repeat this process for 9-10 times over 20 minutes.
- Pitch your now healthy yeast starter to your desired brew to achieve the best fermentation.
