Wine from flowers are always delicate but if done right are awesome.

​​This is the formula I used to get 3 gallons:

3-4 pints lavender flowers
5.25 lb granulated white sugar
3- 10.5 oz cans peach white grape juice concentrate
1.5 tsp citric acid
3/8 tsp tannin powder
3 gallons spring water
3 tsp yeast nutrient
1 pk 71b-1122

Butterfly pea extract for use after stabilizing

.5 oz butterfly pea flowers
8 oz clear moonshine
