Nothing is more magical than a crystal clear beer. Well luckily the commonly available gelatin can help you achieve this miracle at home and you don't have to invest in an industrial size centrifugal decanter.

Dosage: 1 teaspoon for 20 liters of beer
1. step one teaspoon dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup luke warm water about 65 degrees celsius.
2. stir it so that all lumps are dissolved
3. pour it in 20 liters (5 gallon of beer) that you have already raked into your secondary
4. put the secondary fermenter in the refrigerator (cold crash) for 24-48 hours.
This will allow all particulate haze to sediment down and produce a crystal clear beer.
